This journal uses a narrow record standard: a factual label must be supported by a dated observation. An appealing title is not evidence of a plot, genre or rating.
Four separate checks
- Metadata checked
- A title, page count or creator label was visible in the source. Our current three records meet this limited check.
- Preview checked
- The specific destination has been opened and its initial reader state observed. None of our selected records has this label.
- Read in full
- An editor has actually read the complete work. No current entry is presented as a full-read review.
- Media permission
- We have a reason to use a specific image. Listing metadata does not supply that permission. No Community cover or panel is used.
What our source snapshot contains
The official Comic Studio text snapshot recorded on 21 October 2026 provided the three title/count/creator combinations displayed on the shelf. Separately recorded account observations describe a guest preview and the difference between link sharing and Community publication. They are not a fresh browser retest of each record.
We keep these evidence types separate. We do not use an unrelated reader address to manufacture a destination for a named title, or call a page count a hands-on review.
What stays blank until checked
Reading duration, genre, story synopsis, completion status, character ages, direct reader URL, current access requirements and media rights are not established for our selected records. We do not display star scores, publish “best” rankings or describe them as safe age-verified stories.
Any future original example must use fictional adults and non-graphic editorial material. An AI-generated image must be labelled for what it is; an abstract illustration cannot masquerade as a product screenshot.
Corrections improve the shelf
Tell us which page or record needs attention and what changed. A source URL and a short description help us inspect the issue without requesting private account access. Content removal concerns have their own route.
